Most orders placed on palcampaign.com will ship out within a day of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Your order will be shipped Standard Service. Once it is shipped, orders are generally received within 5-7 business days.
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Thursday by 10 AM Pacific Standard Time… no express delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or P.O. Boxes. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday by 10:00 AM will arrive on Monday. Please note that Three Day, Two Day and Overnight Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order.
Can I Track My Shipment?
Absolutely! All PAL Campaign shipments are sent out with USPS tracking numbers. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped. You can check the status of you order by entering the tracking number sent to you in the shipping confirmation email at http://www.usps.com. You can expect to receive your package in approximately five to seven business days from the date the package shipped.
Can I Make Changes to My Order once it has been placed?
Once your order has been submitted, we immediately begin placing the order. Although we cannot guarantee that change requests can be granted, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order, or you may place an additional order at any time. Once you have submitted your order, and during the processing time frame, we are able to cancel your order. Once an order has been shipped, and the processing finished, we are no longer able to cancel an order.
Do I Get Charged Tax?
We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to various states in the United States. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address where your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping and handling charges where applicable.
Product Sizing and Information
PAL Campaign is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. Pack all items in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. Any shipping fees associated with making these returns are the responsibility of the customer. All returns must be sent, via a track-able and prepaid method, to our returns facility, shown below:

Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited.
